Authorized users

To use zentechelectronics.co.ke, you affirm that you are 18 years and older and able to form a legal binding agreement.one must have a valid credit card or any other acceptable means of making payment such as MPESA or paypal.by using our website, you agree, you agree that you only authorized to use our services for personal use and not for business purposes without requesting for separate agreement in writing, this entails that you not purchase any product from us and resell either directly or indirectly.

Payment and pricing

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the prices of an item is not displayed correctly on the website.as such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.in the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit /debit card charged.in the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.

Delivery of Electronics

Our core business is to deliver electronics gadgets to customers in Kenya. Whenever you place an order in our website, the product can be delivered on the same day within Nairobi metropolis and next day to other towns in Kenya. We make effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our site; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the product within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence. Delivery will be made as per order details either on the billing or shipping form.

Please note that zentech will attempt delivery for your order only ONCE.in the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the item will be returned to the shop and the customer shall be charged for redelivery.

For deliveries outside Nairobi, parcels will be delivered via formal courier service providers. Customers are free to request a courier service of their choice.

You agree not to hold the seller liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Mandatory Information for Delivery

We will need valid contact information for you when you place so that we can communicate with you about your order. Please remember that we value your privacy and will never release, rent or sell your private information. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

Your contact details will be captured as the billing information.

On the check-out process, you will need to provide us with the following information:

We use this information to provide better customer experience by sending your order confirmation and delivery information. We may also need to contact you in the event that there is an issue with your order. Please ensure that your email address is correct.

We will use this information when communicating with you.

  • Your phone number (add country code where possible)

We use this information to contact you when fulfilling your order.

  • Delivery address

We will require this information in order to deliver the package you have ordered. It is important that the address and contact numbers are correct. Failure to provide us with a valid delivery address may result to the order delivered in a wrong address and an additional delivery fee being charged for re-delivery to the correct address.

We encourage our customers to check all the spelling carefully as we may not be able to amend spelling errors.

 

Payment Options

Our payment-related policies ensure buyers and sellers have consistent access to familiar and secure payment methods, transparent information on how to pay and what to pay for, and know what to do if something goes wrong.

All transactions on the zentech.co.ke website will be processed in Kenya. Kenyan currency is the base currency. Payment are processed by third party company that has own terms and conditions for their system. MPESA payments are processed by Safaricom PLC.

Return and complaints policy

Zentech is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every item you order from us. In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason. You can initiate a return within 72hrs for eligible items; if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item. For change of mind, a refund will only be processed if the seal of the item is still intact/ the product is in no way tampered with.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid. Ensure all cases of wrong, damaged or missing items are reported within the shortest time possible after delivery/ collection to facilitate an easy return process.

Please note that once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 working days via voucher or bank transfer depending on your selected option.

General rules of exchange

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Zentech electronics reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Please note that Zentech electronics can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Nonreturnable items

  • Opened TVs, combos and monitors 37″ and larger — original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Electronic software downloads
  • Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
  • Any computers built or modified by zentech electronics to customer specifications
  • Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged
  • Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books

Damaged items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Refunds & credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Limited liability

Zentech electronics is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Zentech is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

We do not control such websites and we are not responsible for their content. The fact that this website contains links to other websites does not mean that zentechelectronics approves, endorses or recommends those websites, nor does it imply any association with their operators. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, legality, reliability or validity of any content of any damage of any kind resulting from third party websites or content therein directly accessed through links in this website.

Cancellation

How to cancel an order;

  1. Write an email to [email protected] with the title, “cancelation of order”
  2. State the order number
  3. List the reason to cancel the order
  4. Include your MPESA phone number.

Changes to this agreement

The site reserves the right, to change, modify add or remove portions of the terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the site with no other notice provided.
